To re-enter the US, you will need:
- OPT EAD card
- I-20 with valid travel signature no more than six months old
- Valid F-1 visa (if your visa is expired, plan accordingly to obtain a new one while abroad)
- Valid passport
Optional, but highly recommended:
- Letter from your employer and/or 3 most recent pay stubs
- Proof that you have completed your academic program or program requirements
