English Proficiency

If you do not demonstrate English proficiency at the time of admission review you will be considered for conditional admission to UNL and will be able to attend the UNL Intensive English Program. Upon completing the Intensive English Program with a passing score on the UNL English Placement Exam or UNL Institutional TOEFL, you will then be fully admitted to enroll for the next available academic term.

You will still be required to meet the English proficiency deadlines for that term.

Conditionally admitted students are not eligible for UNL institutional academic scholarships.
